Keep the whole story of each application
Each application has its own page: the details, the saved portal login, the people you’re dealing with (recruiters, hiring managers, interviewers, with their email and LinkedIn), your notes, its files and a timeline of everything that has happened. The Calendar shows only this job’s meetings, by month, week or day, with today marked; an interview invitation sent by email sits at the meeting’s time. The timeline shows the newest five and scrolls for the rest, or click Maximize to read it all. Each synced email or meeting has a link to open it in Gmail, Google Calendar or Outlook. Move the cards where you want them with Customize layout. If something about an application looks wrong, click Report a problem: we see only the job’s details, never your personal data.
