Where FAFJ is different

FAFJ does one job and tries to do it without you: tracking. Click Apply on a posting and the job is already on your list, with the full description and pay, and it moves to Applied when you submit. On Pro, Gmail or Outlook keeps every status current, AI Match shows your fit for a job, and AI writes a cover letter from your resume. FAFJ never fills in or submits an application; you always click Submit. How FAFJ works

Clicking Apply on a saved job marks it Applied; on another saved job, Sync job details brings in its place, pay and description

Which fits you

FAFJ fits better when

  • You want to track more than 100 jobs without paying: FAFJ's Free plan has no cap.
  • You want every application tracked without typing: the extension saves the job when you click Apply and moves it to Applied when you submit.
  • You want the posting kept after the listing comes down.
  • You want Gmail or Outlook, and your calendar, to keep statuses and interviews current, with a Review inbox for anything unclear (Pro).
  • You use Firefox or Edge: the FAFJ extension is in both stores, and Chrome's.
  • People are helping you look, and you want them to see your search or add jobs to it (Pro).

Huntr might fit better when

  • You want application forms filled in for you. Huntr's extension autofills applications; FAFJ never does.
  • You want to build a resume from templates.
  • You like a Kanban board you drag jobs across, or a map of where the companies are.
  • You want unlimited AI writing for one flat price: Huntr Pro includes unlimited AI credits.
