Works with Workday, Greenhouse, Lever and 70+ more

The job boards and applicant tracking systems FAFJ reads, and how much of each posting it saves.

Save a job from any posting: open it with the extension on your computer and click Save to findafknjob.com. Or paste or share its link, on your phone too.

Click the posting’s Apply button and the extension puts the job on your board right then, with the posting, even when the application form shows none of it. It does this by itself on the big job sites; click Turn on for all career sites in the extension once to have it track company career sites too.

Found no job on a page that has one? Click the FAFJ icon, then Look for a job on this page, and AI looks for the job’s details for you to check. Nothing is saved until you click Save.

What each level means

  • Reads the full posting: FAFJ has its own reader for the site, or the site publishes each posting in a standard format FAFJ reads: the role, company, location, pay when it is listed, and the full description.
  • Reads the basics: FAFJ reads some details straight from the page, like the role and the company. The page lookup fills in the rest, and you check it before saving.
  • Recognized: FAFJ knows the site hosts jobs for other companies, so it never files a job under the platform’s name. It has no reader of its own yet: the page lookup reads the job, and you check it before saving.

The page lookup: for a pasted or shared link, FAFJ opens the page in a headless browser to read it; in the extension, it is Look for a job on this page.

Questions

Does FAFJ work with Workday?

Yes. FAFJ reads Workday postings in full, from Workday’s own job data: the role, company, location and full description. With the extension, clicking Apply on a Workday posting puts the job on your board right then.

Does FAFJ work with Greenhouse, Lever and Ashby?

Yes, in full. FAFJ reads each posting from the public job feed these systems publish, including pay when the company lists it, and the extension reads them as you browse.

What if my job site isn’t listed?

Try it anyway. Many company career sites publish their postings in a standard format FAFJ reads. If the extension finds no job, click the FAFJ icon, then Look for a job on this page: AI looks for the details for you to check, and each try counts toward your daily page lookups (Pro gets more of them than Free). You can always add a job by hand.

What does Recognized mean?

FAFJ knows the site hosts jobs for many companies, so it files each job under the company hiring, never the platform. FAFJ has no reader of its own for it yet, so the page lookup reads the job, and you check the details before saving.
